The flavors are always delicious. Editing my rating and review because the owner was kind enough to respond quickly to my concern. That’s really strategic customer service. Hoping the staff will learn from the coaching. I’ll be back. P.S. if the owner didn’t reach out and it was actually a staff member. I’ll still take it as a sign of progression 😉
The flavors are always delicious but customer service is frequently rushed. Today I had to post my experience. It’s not hard to be creative and please customers. First, there were no samples spoons. Hence, instead of the alternative which would be using another size spoon-the answer was just NO even when suggested. Secondly, because of rushing with no confirmation of what was ordered which led to my order being incorrect and a waste of ice cream. Before, any asks today is Tuesday evening and there was no line. 2.50 for a cup of ice? I’m so confused, i have never been charged for a cup of ice.
First time going, the scoops were nice and big, 2nd and 3rd time, they was out of multiple flavors and the scoops was super small No chocolate, strawberry, or vanilla
