The ice cream and gelato were excellent. The lady in the booth was so unfriendly-almost hostile and definitely not enjoying her job. I would not visit again if she was the server. I would have commented to her at the time, but had 3 small children with my party and didn't want them to witness an unpleasant interaction. I have had great service there before from a different server. Very disappointed in this visit.
Blown away!!! So good!! My husband and I stopped here recently for a mid day treat while we took in the sights in Chemainus. We were both very impressed and pleasantly surprised. A multitude of flavors to choose from. We'll worth the journey!! Get out and treat yourself, you'll be glad you did!
Owner appears put off by having to help serve customers. Very rude. Ice cream quality is mediocre (Peaches and Cream flavour).
The owner (I assume) is incredibly rude, impatient and scowls at patrons. Seems like she doesn’t actually want people there. Will not be going again.
2nd time visiting and just as pleasant and awesome as the first! I got the fig/cheese flavour - incredible combo.
