this place is so nice! and the customer service from sean was amazing!!
Ice cream was super good and so was the chocolate tray!
These photos are a few months old but the ice cream was bomb!
My son and I walked in, excited to get our favorite ice cream, and the girls at the counter completely ignored us. They saw us and just carried on their conversation. We stood there for about a minute and they continued to not acknowledge us, so we left. It’s unfortunate because we love Scoops in Covington and Zebulon… but here was a terrible experience. Definitely won’t return to this location again.
