What really makes this place awesome is the fact you can make your own two foot long pixie sticks!
Scoops is the cutest ice cream parlor ever!!! They have their own brand of ice cream and I just love it. I really don't enjoy the "ASHLEY" brand that so many other family owned shops use and am glad to have found this nostalgic ice cream parlor. There was a childs birthday party going on while I was there and it was so refreshing to see the children having such a good time.
