My kitchen sink was not draining and the water was banking up with the threat of flooding the house. Shannon promptly came and after investigation asked to look at our sewer diagrams from when the house was built. He located the problem. A concrete path had been placed over the pipe which needed access. He cut into the concrete exposing the pipe and then fixed my path. Shannon was very helpful and the end result was fantastic. I would recommend Shannon for any job. I am extremely thankful.
Shannon responded quickly to a rather ‘stinky job’ we needed doing asap. Our waste water pipe had come off the straps holding it up. This resulted in the pipe cracking and a section needing replacing. Shannon was able to get this sorted, with a minimum of fuss and mucking around. Price was very fair and reasonable. Phoned Shannon on Friday afternoon re pump not working in rainwater tank and he was on site first thing Monday morning. After ascertaining pump was unable to be repaired, Shannon left to purchase a new pump which was promptly installed as well as a new filter. He achieved the best water pressure we have ever had in our system. We cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided and the quality of workmanship.
