Phoned Shannon on Friday afternoon re pump not working in rainwater tank and he was on site first thing Monday morning. After ascertaining pump was unable to be repaired, Shannon left to purchase a new pump which was promptly installed as well as a new filter. He achieved the best water pressure we have ever had in our system. We cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided and the quality of workmanship.
