The ice cream itself is fantastic, great flavors and quality. My only issue is staffing: there was only one person working the counter during a busy period, which meant a long wait and the employee seemed stretched thin trying to keep up. The product deserves better support so customers aren’t left waiting so long.

We waited 30 minutes for boba tea. There was only one person working. She was a teenager and probably doing the best she could…but we were still very disappointed. Then we finally get our stuff and it kinda sucked. The boba was crunchy in the middle, and didn’t have ice in it so it was barely colder than room temp. The girl seemed frazzled so I’m not sure if she forgot the ice or if that’s just how they do it. It looks really cheap to only have one person running your store.
