Ice cream is good.....but they might be "out of things". We went Saturday night at 7:30....they close at 9. The lights were dimmed. The kids working there did not hide the fact they were upset we were there. They both roll their eyes and tossed their heads back as we walked in to the shop. Apparently they were out of several ice creams, several toppings and cones according to the kids working. They had all the ice cream packed up and ready to be put up for the evening. My husband and I have been to scoop republic several times over the past year. Overall, the ice cream is very good, but the service is lacking. Due to our work schedules, we have visited around 8pm most of our visits. This is an hour before close as posted on google and on the door. There have been times where the open sign was off and we didn't know if we would be served, so we left. Other times when the sign was on, we went in and felt like we were being rushed out.
