Called for service. Not sure how busy this place could be with the whole Covid-19 going on but they said they could come out for at least 7 days. Crazy. Hey I'm glad your that busy :)
I called this place and wanted a quote on my dryer and asked if he did house calls. I had the same zip code as his. He told that he don't do Perris. Disappointed...
I called for dryer repair but the man told me their guy that covered my area was no longer with them & had no one to send. Then the guy asked me what was wrong. After telling him he was able, by asking questions, to figure out what was wrong, thermal fuse, & tell me how to repair it. I followed his instructions, was able to find a local store with the part & repaired my dryer today. Quick, efficient, honest. Only did the necessary repairs. Did Not try to sell me anything I didn't need. Very nice and personable individuals. They fixed my fridge as quick as possible, had it up and running within 24 hours.
