I recently purchased a new landcruiser through Emily in sales and could not have been happier. I previously ordered one 7 months prior at another dealer and was lied to about the length of time we were going to wait after paying our deposit. Emily was forthcoming and up front without the usual sales pitch and we couldn’t have been happier with her service. 100% would recommend.
I spent $60k on the top of the line CH-R, only to discover that it's driver monitoring system is an incredibly distracting new "safety" feature on this car. I contacted the dealership very soon after I took delivery of it and requested that they permanently turn the DMS off. It had done less than 1,000kms at the time. They said they couldn't turn it off so I asked them to consider alternative solutions.
