Was stuck needing an o-ring couldn’t find anywhere in Muswellbrook. Rang the shop he said he could help me. I rocked up at 4:45 they shut at 5pm and he made me the oring I needed and charged me $1.50c I tried to give him more money but he was happy with that. Best service I’ll be coming back
I was passing through town and needed a 12v cigarette plug. The owner not only sourced me the correct part but stepped me through putting a new plug on my broken appliance. He didn’t need to and I still would have bought the part but he went out of his way to help me which was appreciated. 10/10 if passing through scone stop in for spare parts.
