I used to go to the Scollard's on Sullivan on a fairly regular basis with fast and friendly service...never any issues. Now that I'm closer to Argonne I've gone to that location on Trent a couple of times and the service is just not the same. I presented one of their online coupons when I went to pick up my dry cleaning and was informed the coupon must be presented when dropping off, not picking up. I cannot tell you how helpful the staff was to me. I took my husband's uniform in for cleaning on Tuesday afternoon. It was scheduled to return to the base on Friday. Not a problem he didn't need it until Monday. Unexpectedly he was required to wear it on Thursday morning! The ladies at the base and downtown were SO helpful in tracking it down, making sure it was cleaned and letting me pick it up early..They were real life savers!!
