I have been suffering from lower back pain for approx. 23 years now. I have been to many doctors and physical therapists over the years. I have never had such a complete and thorough evaluation and explanation of what was wrong with me. Jennie knew within about 30 minutes what all of the causes and issues with me were, and had layed out a plan to fix them. I've been to scolioasis for a neck/shoulder injury. Jennie is gentle, but effective. You work directly with her on a 1 to 1 basis. And the facility is great!!
I had an awesome experience with Jennie concerning my stretching abilities. I was having stiffness issues in my hips and shoulders. She spent a good amount of time with me helping to stretch me out and figure out where my specific issues were. She then provided me with all of the knowledge I needed to take better care of myself at home. I'd highly recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy.
Jennie is a true professional. The space is very welcoming and full of all the tools you need for recovery!
