Beautiful door and excellent attention to detail and installation service. Highly recommend.
We were quoted a custom match to existing door. 14 in fact. HUGE deposit required. Drawing with height and threshold dimensions only. The first 2 doors went in and we gave them over 30 days to correct ALL the mistakes. Never could get it right. Refused to give us our money back or a discount. Multiple attempts to fix the casing to accept the lock mechanism, the profiles did not match, the proportions of the glass lights did not match. It goes on and on. We petitioned the court. It has been 8 months since our door install after waiting for nearly a year and half. We got personalized service from the owner himself Mike. Since he was on the install I didn’t check as it was being installed until after they left. I had my carpenter husband come home to look at it after they left. The wood panels were splitting, the strike plate was mismatched and pieced in, there were flaws on the finish and just not good craftsmen ship with the jam.
