Everything we have to say about this company GREAT. We have had personal service, both at the location and in our home. We had a tour of the store area where the doors are built, were given samples of stained wood to bring home to help with our selection of wood and stain. The installation was flawless and the owner came to the house to inspect the installation of the final product. I first reached out to Scobis at the end of July and didn’t hear anything back for more than a month. Kyle finally returned my call in early September and came out to my home for over an hour to review the project. He promised to send a proposal the following week — but nothing ever came. I followed up in mid-October and got a brief “I’ll check on this” response… and then silence again. It’s now the end of October, and I’ve still received no proposal and no communication.
