Unprofessional experience. The plumber failed to fix the leak during the first visit to the rental property and had to be called back. He then charged for additional work without informing me of the cost in advance. He also carried out work that was never approved or discussed, and I only found out about it when the invoice arrived. Would not recommend.
The booking process was straight forward, a convenient time was arranged, and the plumber arrived at the designated time. He was at all times courteous and professional and the results were what we hoped for. Scobell's were an absolute pleasure to deal with.
