Unfortunately, I have to write this review, not based on the people at the SCM relaxation store, but for the product that I purchased from them. It had multiple problems that I had to pay to fix, but the really bothersome thing is that it has a five year warranty on it for cracking. Well, it has cracked and it is leaking and the manufacturer is not standing by the warranty and sending me a new one. If you are looking for a hot tub/spa I highly recommend checking this place out. Ask for Danny…he was awesome. Very knowledgeable and my the buying process very easy. Get prices and service make the experience great.
