one of the worst companies for the delivery 8 a.m. appt - dock at 1 p.m. empty at 3 p.m. this place is a joke, they turned off their phones and were dealing with their own trailer
They could care less about your time here. Like the reviews say, stay away. 2-3 hour (if you make it to the dock) to unload a barely loaded trailer.
This place is a joke. I had a 10 am appointment. I got here at 10:15 yes I was late. They unloaded one truck the said that I would have to wait they had to fix the scale then another truck pulls in at 12:35 and we both are sitting here waiting then they come out and say they are gonna off load him first then me. It’s now 3:30 it takes them 2 hours to unload one truck. Stay away from this place as you will not go anywhere for 3 to 9 hours
Bad customer service: they never answer their phones or emails. The whole organization is playing monopoly. Don't bother with this company.
Drivers stay away from this company. Highly unprofessional and they don't care about your waiting time.unloading time is 3 hours.
