Not a great agent. They put me with Hanover when I moved and made me change my auto policy to Hanover as well. We had a bad Auto year and now Hanover is non renewing me. When I called the number on my dec page, the people I spoke to (who said they are the agent) treated me very poorly and gave me no options. Very bad experience. I only moved my auto because the Hanover required it.
