I hd a good visit with Dr. Hamilton I've having an EEG Scheduled to try and figure out what is wrong with me.
Dr Hamilton and his team went absolutely above and beyond to fit me in for an earlier appointment. They work with their patients— they only want the best for us and to help us. I’ve never felt in better hands. I left my appointment grateful, safe, and with a well explained plan of action. Dr Hamilton and team are best!!
Dr Hamilton, is down to earth. He speaks layman terms & double checks you know what he is talking about. Knowledgeable. The receptionist, was pleasant. Waiting area comfortable.q
Doctor was excellent, and always is. However, billing and Healthcare company absolutely sucked. They billed an old insurance that hadn't been active for more than 6 months and after providing them documentation, they hounded me almost daily for 4 weeks straight. Intermountain health is still understaffed and their operations have not yet caught up.
I saw Dr Hamilton this time since Lisa is out on leave. They are both so wonderful. They both really listen to me and explain everything so I can understand. I definitely will refer my friends and family to Dr Hamilton! It’s sometimes confusing when checking out as to which desk I need to go to—that’s the only concern I have.
