2 Stars for bad service. My appointment was canceled this morning, but the receptionists didn't call to tell me that. Instead I showed up on time to my appointment, both receptionists were very apologetic about me making the trip. It wouldn't have been so bad but Sarena looked me in the face and lied about calling and leaving a message about the cancellation. She called again on my drive home and took credit for the mistake and admitted that she dropped the ball and did not call me like she should have. She blamed it on the ... read more
Nice people but bad processes and comms. Went here for cold and flu symptoms, checked website for walk up wait time, said 4 minutes. Went in at 11am and was promptly told no walk ups today dr home with sick kid. Then went to uchealth and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Done with Intermountain.
Every single staff member I’ve encountered has been so incredibly nice and efficient from the front desk, to MAs, to the doctor. I saw Dr. O’Day and she is so kind, receptive, and extremely knowledgeable and informative. She has incredible rapport! You can really tell she enjoys what she does and is AMAZING at it. The rest of her team mirrors those qualities! Thank you for the great care. I’m glad I found this office!
Kathryn O'Day is a very professional, caring and kind doctor, also a good listener. I feel like I couldn't be in better hands anywhere else.
