Nice people but bad processes and comms. Went here for cold and flu symptoms, checked website for walk up wait time, said 4 minutes. Went in at 11am and was promptly told no walk ups today dr home with sick kid. Then went to uchealth and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Done with Intermountain.
Every single staff member I’ve encountered has been so incredibly nice and efficient from the front desk, to MAs, to the doctor. I saw Dr. O’Day and she is so kind, receptive, and extremely knowledgeable and informative. She has incredible rapport! You can really tell she enjoys what she does and is AMAZING at it. The rest of her team mirrors those qualities! Thank you for the great care. I’m glad I found this office!
Kathryn O'Day is a very professional, caring and kind doctor, also a good listener. I feel like I couldn't be in better hands anywhere else.
Had a very positive experience at my appointment. From the friendly receptionist, to the nurse to the professional doctor, (who I felt addressed my questions and concerns and never feeling rushed)my entire time spent at Intermountain was actually enjoyable.
