I see Dr. Cancro and he is the best. He remembers me and always takes the time to chat, even when he is super busy. He views me as a partner in my rather complicated health journey, and he respects me and is a good listener.
After explaining my chronic back pain to the nurse, and informing her that it is caused by several hereditary conditions I have, I was repeatedly told “you messed up” with no further explanation, even after asking her to elaborate multiple times. Clearly insinuating that the conditions I was born with were my fault, she was very dismissive of my condition, and overall extremely rude and impatient. If anybody at Intermountain Health is reading this, I would be happy to identify her by photograph.
