I drove an hour across town for this appointment and was delayed due to unexpected traffic. I arrived 10–15 minutes late and was turned away without being seen. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy. Seeking a neurosurgical consultation is not an easy decision, and I expected a basic level of understanding. There was no attempt to accommodate me or have a conversation just an outright refusal. I’m taking this experience as a sign that this is not the right practice for me.
Luke was great and very informative. Do miss Dr. Mason though.

Possibly the most intuitive, caring and proactive surgeon I’ve ever met. Dr Hardesty listened fully, somewhat of a sad rarity in today’s medical field. SIX stars!
