I drove an hour across town for this appointment and was delayed due to unexpected traffic. I arrived 10–15 minutes late and was turned away without being seen. What was most disappointing was the lack of empathy. Seeking a neurosurgical consultation is not an easy decision, and I expected a basic level of understanding.
