Amazing and kind staff! They are so fast and super sweet especially dealing with kiddos!
Sad they are open until 7 pm, and considered a walking, but won't take any patients at 5 pm.
Easy and efficient visit! The staff was friendly and did a great job helping my kid feel comfortable. We are from out of state and this was so easy to get in and get out. Definitely appreciate the great service!!
My 12 year old daughter just checked in to be seen for strep throat. They called me to obtain authorization because her grandfather took her in as I live 2 hours away. They then refused to see her because she has Medicaid and that think they need passport authorization from her primary care doctor (who is closed) and as an urgent care clinic, you NEVER need a prior auth to see a patient at an urgent care. I then offered to pay cash, they still refused to see her because “now they know she has insurance and can’t see her”. So... read more
I am so grateful for this Urgent Care! They have repeatedly treated each of my kids and gotten us through some terrible sicknesses. Saves us from having us to go to Billings and they are open on the weekend.
