My 12 year old daughter just checked in to be seen for strep throat. They called me to obtain authorization because her grandfather took her in as I live 2 hours away. They then refused to see her because she has Medicaid and that think they need passport authorization from her primary care doctor (who is closed) and as an urgent care clinic, you NEVER need a prior auth to see a patient at an urgent care. I am so grateful for this Urgent Care! They have repeatedly treated each of my kids and gotten us through some terrible sicknesses. Saves us from having us to go to Billings and they are open on the weekend.

Asked for side effects of Paxlovid did not get all the info until I looked it up on the official website for Pfizer at home. So I was given a COVID medication that is potentially dangerous for a just in case when the meds should only be used in a desperate situation. PLEASE everyone be careful and do your homework and don't just blindly take whatever they tell you there are too many medications being proscribed that can potentially cause more harm than good.
