No wait really, Dr Shahid went over my last blood work and explained what each meant in terms I could easily understand. She took time to listen to my needs, offered solutions and ordered further tests to rule out other problems
Jenn Keto is a wonderful provider and I always leave there feeling like I have really been cared for. I have had a lot of issues over the last year and she has done so much to help me, as well as get me to the right specialists I need.The whole staff is very sweet and I can always get an appointment quickly when I need one.
Although this office changes staff quite often, they seem to hire people who retain a customer service attitude. My visit went smoothly and efficiently.
