great staff!! - horrible waiting room! all chairs have tape on arms holding them together very gross feeling! some don’t have any tape and are lifting up dangerous especially for a little ones.
I have been thoroughly impressed with my experiences at this clinic. As a medical assistant myself, I have a very high standard of care, not just for my provider, but also for everyone on the team from patient access specialists to medical assistants. Everyone has been very helpful, gracious, and kind each time I have visited. Dr. Wieman is my PCP and I am very glad I made the decision to establish with him. They sure don't make it easy for new patients. My insurance changed recently and I've called the OBGYN number 7 times and had to leave a message each time. I called their Family Practice number 5 times for a total of 12 voicemails within 4 weeks. Never received a return call. I always call during business hours and wait the recoded message response timeframe.
