I heard great things about Bob and Williams Engineering before i entered into an agreement with them. Things seem to go well as Bob was very nice and seemed knowledgable. Now, he went $9,000 over budget without notice. His company didnt call, email, text to say they were going over budget and are now sending me financing charges that also werent agreed upon or signed off on as a remedy for non payment.
