Terrible. They didn't listen to what I wanted. Cut my hair way too short than requested. Heard some employee flirting with someone else, then calling his wife to talk sweetly. It was disgusting. Standards and ethics are on the ground here. Terrible service.
Phone #is a person's cell who's message is something like "it's George, leave your message", nothing about any business. So, I leave a message. Later, I get a call from this company saying I left a message with whoever. I said, yeah I want to schedule time, I live right down the street. They respond, well which location, we have several. So I explained where I live and the location I found on Google maps. They respond, yeah that's really close. Like I could have been wrong about my own street?
