Maureen signed a contract in September 2021 to build a new home. She was to act as the builder/owner. Sciuga Custom Builders was brought in to be a consultant on this project a couple of months later. Maureen moved into her home in April 2023 (20 months later, not 3 years). CROOKS!!! BEWARE!!! They took 3 YEARS to build my home. They NEVER COMMUNICATED. I had to ask every single day & week what work was being done otherwise I would have NEVER KNOWN. I also had to facilitate all the subcontractor work otherwise it would have taken them 4 YEARS to build my home. They made A LOT of MISTAKES that they kept from me which I found out from subs themselves. The subs did fix the mistakes but Scuiga's are SHADY!!! They SCREWED UP the "laundry room" & REFUSE TO fix that mistake though. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!... read more
