Wouldn't recommend, my mother had insurance with them and after her passing I was charged with handling her estate. I had to file a home claim with her insurance (Erie), after that they wanted to cancel my policy. I had a friend who was also an agent at a different firm and a Erie carrier who called Erie on my behalf and worked things out to keep my coverage.
