Really didn't want to write a negative review, have had some great customer service, but 2 appointments now, I walk in, and was told my stylist is 30m behind. First time, you bet, no problem, second time... don't think so, especially with no-one calling or texting me ahead of time, "hey we are running behind" etc. I don't mind coming in later, but driving across town just to discover the lateness...I don't think so.
