Great experience. I'm verry happy with my haircut and beard trim. Nicki was great and gave me one of the best haircuts that I've ever had.
Everyone here is very friendly and always makes me feel welcome. 10/10 for service and haircuts. And a nice old fashioned at the end is a nice bonus.
Over the past 2 years I have received great service from this location. However, recently it seems that they have gone through some changes in staff. Over the past 3 months, customer service as well as the hair cut services have declined. Between long wait times with existing appointments and schedule changes, I am not happy with their performance. Most recently, they moved my appointment to an earlier slot and then I waited for over 30 minutes only to learn that my barber was not going to be able to accommodate me. Why move... read more
