I purchased a membership as a gift for a friend. After his first visit I got incessant texts and calls asking me to provide a tip for his services or his personal number for them to ask him to provide a tip. That is massively inappropriate. It has been over a year now and I have been trying to cancel the membership to no avail for 2 months. The account online does not let me access it and no one ever seems to answer the phone

What a great experience! The Stylist was awesome and the staff made everything easy. Hanging out for a drink after does not hurt either!
Gina and Devyn are amazing! We’re so helpful, fun and did an amazing job! Definitely recommend and the membership program is awesome as well
