As soon as I walked in the entire environment was welcoming and made me feel relaxed. It was my first time at this place, so I tried their 20 year plan. The women who cut my sons and my hair were awesome and did a great job. That’s the only good. Price shock when I went to pay and it was $140 before tip. Did get a free alcoholic beverage but being 2pm and with my child didn’t drink all. Had to wait to check in as receptionist does double duty as bartender. Come back 8/11 to do dad & daughter hair event 5pm. Wait 10min before being acknowledged and then receptionist guy has no idea about the event. He calls someone then tells me it was cancelled due to not having enough staff... read more
