Very efficient, polite both receptionists and stylists
1st time will never be back. Showed up at 12:25 for 12:30 appointment. Waited in drinking area till 12:52 to see a stylist. Told stylist "I really like my current cut. Just take 1/4" off.". But no, they evened it up to their liking not mine. After cut the offered me a free drink, WHY WASN'T THIS OFFERED WHILE I WAITED PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME. Finally, figured it would be expensive, but I was not prepared for the bill. Buyer beware, seems like the staff is more into pushing drinks, not hair cuts.
Denise continues to impress!! Great attention to detail, great conversation, and truly pleasant to work with!
I love coming to this place. Jo is the best.
