I went in for a simple eyebrow wax for the first time in this salon and walked out with cuts on my eyelids. The person who did the waxing was clearly careless — not only did he cut my skin, but he didn’t even apologize properly or offer anything to treat the area afterward. No antiseptic, no care instructions — just acted like it was no big deal. This is completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this salon enough! I came in with black box dye in my hair and left with the most beautiful, dimensional balayage I’ve ever had. Virginia took her time, explained everything and promised me realistic results. My hair feels soft, healthy and looks amazing. I also got my nails done here! I got my hair done by Virginia for my graduation and she did a beautiful bun, paid so much attention to detail and was very quick. The bus lasted for 3 full days and it held up super well!! I will absolutely be coming back
