I took my 12 year-old-daughter here for a haircut. She also wanted to put color in it as kids do these days. Her hair is dark brown and wanted red streaks in it. I was told there was only one person in the salon that did hair coloring so we made an appointment. This experience was traumatizing for my daughter. The lady was rough with her and spoke gruffly to her. She kept telling her her hair was going to be flaming red (which is not what she wanted.)
