My hair dresser was Angela. She was extremely sweet, attentive and kind. She patiently listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She even gave me the right suggestion when I asked if highlights would look good on me. I really appreciated her response. She was patient with the hair wash, haircut and blow dry. She didn’t hurry up on anything and delicately handled my hair. She gave me a haircut exactly how I had asked for. She was very appreciative about everything. I would surely go back to Angela.
Edwin did my hair, and to say it’s amazing is truly an understatement. I had been dyeing my hair black with box dye for over five years, and I finally decided I wanted to go lighter. During our consultation, he was honest and set clear expectations about what was achievable. I finally chopped off my purple witch hair! Thanks to Christopher. I think this is the shortest hairstyle I have since I shaved my head more than 20 years ago. It's weird, I've lived in the area and I didn't even notice that Scissor Hauz is there. It's a quaint house in between buildings. It's so cute! I am loving this place.
Excellent salon. I’ve been getting my haircut here for over five years when I am not traveling. The owner Ruthie and Chris are excellent hairstylists and always cut my hair just the way I like it. And my puppy loves waiting for me in the beautiful patio.
