After several experiences with major deficiencies in the empathy department, I mistakenly did not find a new PCP despite telling my friends and family many times that I needed to. After moving from MI and finding her due to proximity it seems to be more of a hassle to switch and I stayed with the known bad situation I suppose. I needed a last minute appointment and Dr. Coyle and her staff got me right in. They are friendly, knowledgeable and spends as much time as I need at every appointment. Her nurse assistant Kathy is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.
Dr. Coyle is a compassionate listener and attentive to my needs. She clearly explains what I need to do to keep current on vaccinations and exams and makes it easy to schedule what is recommended. I am very pleased to be one of her patients.
Been going to COPC almost 7 years. Dr Coyle is a very good PCF. She is caring and encouraging.
