Incompetent and dismissive, avoid at all costs!! My mom went in for evaluation after having a nasty cough for a few days where she kept getting worse. Christen Coyle dismissed it as a cold, didn’t even check her pulse oxygen. Followed up a couple days later because it was getting even worse- again dismissed as it just being a cold. Went to urgent care and was immediately sent to the ER- pneumonia in both lungs. Christen Coyle should not be practicing if she can’t even do a basic evaluation and check vitals. After several experiences with major deficiencies in the empathy department, I mistakenly did not find a new PCP despite telling my friends and family many times that I needed to. After moving from MI and finding her due to proximity it seems to be more of a hassle to switch and I stayed with the known bad situation I suppose.
