Worst office staff and credibility of Dr-s there are questionable. I would avoid this practice. It seems they don't care a bit for theirs patients or their health. Very lazy and careless about treating and diagnosing them and won't follow up. It's the worse. I had multiple bad experiences not one, hence written thins review.

I am so lucky to have George Ho as my physician. He and his former partner have literally saved my live on more than one occasion. Dr. Ho is a brilliant, caring and patient man. Do not complain about waiting to see him. You are blessed to get in to see him and when he is with you, he will take his time with you and some day save your life too.
STILL waiting on culture results that I submitted SIX days ago. Hope its nothing serious..geez. You call the clinic and get voicemail. When someone answers they are rude and try to push you off the phone or put you on hold for 30 minutes or more. I feel sorry for those that might have cancer or some other very serious issue and hope that they are not being treated this way by the staff. It's bad enough to be suffering with a bladder/kidney infection for days without treatment or concern.
