We had a fantastic stay here at Scioto Inn. Already planning our next visit. The room was clean, cozy and inviting. It was easy to access the surrounding stores by walking. And inside the Inn had accommodating things such as snacks and coffee. I would highly recommend the Scioto Inn to anyone who is visiting from out of town AND anyone local who wants to experience a local get away. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to the Scioto Inn for a fabulous stay.
Very clean rooms the staff is amazing. Help you with every need. It so close to downtown you can walk to all the shops get food and even some cute clothes for your significant other at A mustard seed. You got to try this place 5 stars all the way.
Very cozy and inviting. The location is great within walking distance to downtown Urbana with plenty of places to eat and do some shopping. The pantry was stocked with a lot of options. Very nice weekend getaway
No breakfast available, only coffee and juice, although I was told they're working on it. The room was beautifully appointed, clean and comfortable. Too many steps to be considered handicap-accessible. The lighting was very dim and not suitable for reading. The innkeeper was friendly but often out of sight. The hot water took forever to get hot. Parking lot in the rear of the inn was accessible via a sidewalk that was not in the best of shape, i.e. dangerous.
If I could give more stars, I would. This place was amazing. The whole Inn and rooms were absolutely beautiful. I spent my birthday weekend here and I'm so glad I did. The set up of everything was so romantic. The owner that I talked to to reserve my room was so pleasant. There are lovely restaurants with in walking distance from here. I would definitely recommend this place, you will not be disappointed 🥰
