The worst physician and office staff I have ever experienced. They are not professional at all and rude. I have reported numerous complaints over the years of their rude nurses and today's issue took the case when one proceeded to laugh at my daughter's mental health concerns over the phone. Save yourself some time and headaches and find a different physician office!!
Incredibly rude staff who act like you are putting them out when you call to make an appointment. In my experience, they have made everything extremely complicated and have been very cold and unsympathetic. After giving them a week notice that I needed a refill on my medication, at 7 months pregnant, and not being helped, I switched doctors immediately. I have been seeing Dr Dunnan for over 10 years now. He is truly a stand up guy that I will continue to see as long as he is in business. He is thorough, but does not overly test for things that are not needed. I have referred many people there over the years. He is simply an amazing doctor.
Jim Dunnan is a nice guy and is a good doctor, HOWEVER, the office staff borders on being incompetent. 5 seperate times over the last 6 months the office and the doctor(s) have screwed up a phone in renewal Rx. One time the "forgot" to tell the doctor to write the Rx. 2 times they wrot it for the name brand instead of the generic (as I requested). The latest office screw up came in a conversation with my pharmacy. The generic (finally got it correct) Rx was written for long acting instead of extended release. Same drug but o... read more

Dr. Dunnan has been my doctor for over ten years and he is wonderful. He listens to you, he answers all your questions, hes thourough, and you never feel rushed.
Amazing experience. Im from Michigan where doctors are laid back and take their time with patients. Ive found that most all offices in the Columbus area are not like that. I was referred to Dr. Dunnan by a friend at work and hes amazing. Very patient and takes the time to listen to you. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
I have had a good experience every time I have had to make a trip to Dr. Dunnan. I hate to go to the Dr., but I dont mind as much when I go to this facility.
