Incredibly rude staff who act like you are putting them out when you call to make an appointment. In my experience, they have made everything extremely complicated and have been very cold and unsympathetic. After giving them a week notice that I needed a refill on my medication, at 7 months pregnant, and not being helped, I switched doctors immediately.
