Took our 2013 Equinox in when the dashboard warning lights lit up. It took nearly a week, but they figured out the problem, ordered parts during a nasty bout of icy road conditions and closures, and got my car back to me. They gave us daily update calls, and we're, as always, very professional and couteous.

I had a problem with the heated seats on my Yukon coming on and not going off when I pressed the button. Also, the unlock button did not operate. I went to the service department and Bridget immediately greeted me and asked how she could help. She was very professional and I made an appointment for the next day.
