I am not a resident of WI. My son was assigned this insurance by WV Social Security Medicaid once he was diagnosed as Autistic by a licensed psychologist. Before the diagnosis we had a dentist we LOVED (shout out Erica Pathoff, DDS) but once diagnosed this insurance was FORCED on us--now I cannot get my son's teeth CLEANED(!!!). Yep, that's right--I cannot find a pediatric dental office that is willing to CLEAN MY AUSSIE minor's teeth because he is special needs and requires specialty care. Before speaking with Mr. Steve Johnson, Outreach Coordinator, Member Services Dept., I would've classified my experience with this company with less than half a star. But, through some creative lobbying on my part - I accidentally - but fortuitously landed at his desk - where he gave me the best customer service I've gotten in a very, long time. Scion is lucky to have him, and more of his fellow employees would do well to take a note from his book on how best to treat customers. Thank you, kind sir.
