Matt is the best! Always gets right back to me and takes care of any issues quickly and expertly.
Matt installed an insert in my gas fireplace. He was completely professional in his work and follow-up. There had been an issue with misinformation from seller of product and Matt returned to make sure everything worked correctly. During this time, a neighbor discovered a pipe leaking into her basement the day prior to leaving for vacation. Matt fit her project into his busy schedule so she could leave with peace of mind so he is our local hero.
