Used them for over a decade. Paid the deposit for a cottage, got confirmation. Owners decided they wanted to use it instead so we’ve been left in the lurch, without anywhere to rebook as accommodation is booked up fast quite far in advance. Due to this we’ve had to cancel the flights (25%) refund, which has meant we’ve just lost £800 due to the owners wanting to stay after our booking had already been confirmed.
This is the third time I’ve been to The Isles of Scilly and I’ve always stayed in Bay Tree, which is lovely and in a quiet locale with a garden, but the last time I noticed and commented that it was getting a bit tired and needed a refresh for the money charged. A pleasure to deal with and our accommodation was excellent; spotless, comfortable and right in the heart of St Mary’s. We would definitely use this company again.
