This is the best bluegrass / fescue I have ever planted. We showed up in mid June at our place in Dillon Colrado. Due yo a communication mistake our grass had not been watered since the snow melt. It was pale and dry, within a few days the entire lawn was 100% brown straw color no green at all,except around the pavement edges wee it got some runoff water during light rains.
