Had them tear out a back yard and redo with Tahoma 31. They did it in 2023 and the grass was so bad it grew poorly. The landscapers also didn't do a good job removing the old grass. They came back in 2024 and redid but again it is not growing well. They say it's winter kill but that was why I hired them to rip out and prep to ensure this didn't happen. I would go elsewhere if you want Tahoma 31 put in, seems like they are practicing with my $3100 investment.
