I was in uncharted territory finding myself in a divorce and needing a home appraisal. Clay put me at ease with his knowledge and professionalism throughout the whole process. My appraisal came back in a very timely manner and he walked me through how he arrived at the appraisal number. Great work ethic. I would do business with him again. I needed an expedited appraisal for a divorce, and he was extremely prompt, and accurate with his appraisal. I was also out of town, and he was able to accommodate that, and still do the assessment with a family member.

I really cannot say enough good things about woking with Clay Edwards for a recent appraisal for our home. He spent well over an hour at our home measuring and documenting inside and out for his report. He was very professional and took time to answer our questions to explain the process. We needed an appraisal on our house and found Scientific Valuation through a google search. They were quick to respond and had an appointment set up quickly. The appraiser was thorough, asked about all updates and was nice to work with. We had the appraisal report delivered within a little over a week from first contact.
