Horrible experience. I called customer service asking if they had a lab instrument I needed. They asked if I had a part number to which I replied I dont that why I’m calling. Then I was told to email tech support to get a part number. -_- so I just went on the website looked it up myself and gave the part number. Company operates like it’s 1980, it’s 2024 I think your sales team should be trained on how to guide buyers. It seems like their sales team can easily be replaced by a website if they can’t function without a part n... read more
