Very polite, and go the extra mile!
Although unfortunate to have to use the services of a smash repairs I cannot fault the experience with Scientific Auto Body. Renee and her team did a fantastic job on my BMW 1M and matched the very tricky metallic paint fantastically. Although I hope not to have to use them again, when you need them they do an outstanding job!
This is the worst repair shop I've encountered in my 25 years in Sydney. Their workmanship is awful! Their irresponsibility and attitude are terrible. They even left a screwdriver bit in the car while they were working on it! It was making a clanging noise inside the car while I was driving. I took the car back and removed the rear door to get the screwdriver bit out, and they didn't apologize! Wasting someone's time is fine, but their attitude was terrible. Great service and communication. Even cleaned my car inside and out and delivered it back to me which was lovely.
