I found these guys difficult to deal with, quite curt over the phone and provided little to no information even when called several times. They also missed some obvious issues that should have been repaired until I intervened. Also nearly let the battery run flat and they gave the car back with only 20% battery. I’ve been using Scientific for my Tesla Model 3 (2021) since my first ahem mishap. They’ve always done beautiful work, are easy to deal with, and were kind when I yet again forget to leave a keycard! (Tip: leave a spare at the bottom of the centre console). Great company… hopefully I won’t have too many more bumps like this.
After a recent smash with our vintage BMW M3 Renee and the team at Scientific were absolutely outstanding. They advised me on the best way to handle the claim, were super flexible and supportive and worked with NRMA to negotiate the process and arrived at a very satisfactory outcome.
