Very friendly staff. In and out fast loading! Truck friendly parking lot. Can possibly come the night before bc there's no gate. There's a really nice large travel plaza with food off exit 51 plenty of parking and you can go North or South unlike other plazas. There's also a truck stop off of exit 43 if you want to get close but not stay on the property. I brought 8 straps and 6 blankets. I had 1 strap and 2 blankets left over when he was done loading.
